<description>Oh my days John! Talk about in at the deep end - jeesh! V. glad to hear that you are unharmed - and not at all surprised that you identified the learnings so quickly - admirable.

I gave up motorbikes some years ago now, but just lately they seem to be coming at me from all angles - metaphorically speaking you understand. So I'm beginning to wonder if I should abandon my plan to sell my racing leathers and think about taking up riding again.

I trained with some brilliant professional GP, WSB &#38; BSB racers and the legendary Keith Code who wrote A Twist of The Wrist ( http://is.gd/BizY ) . Should you ever decide to go riding again - you might want to read that book!! He covers a technique which prevents that little brake v throttle problem from happening! And lots about how to 'hold' your body so turning your head won't steer your bike. I became rather accomplished at steering with my buttocks!!!

And if you do take it up - check out http://dragonwheelstours.com/ - I might have to hire a bike and join you for a little jaunt!

Warmest

Claire
